What makes your eBay consultancy different?
With over 25 years of hands-on experience selling successfully on eBay, I combine practical insight with an educator’s clarity. Unlike generic advice, everything I offer is tailored to your specific store, listings, and goals. You’re not getting theory — you’re getting proven, actionable strategies from someone who’s walked the path.
Do I need any special software or tools?
All services are designed to work with your existing eBay setup. Where appropriate, I may recommend free or low-cost tools to support your growth, but nothing is required upfront.
Do you work with sellers outside the UK?
Yes — while I’m based in the UK and understand the British eBay marketplace in depth, I work with sellers globally, especially those selling on eBay.co.uk or looking to expand into international markets.
If you'd like sessions to take place by video link, you'll need to download and install Zoom but it's free.
About the Services
What is included in the Listing Review & 10-Point Optimisation Plan?
This is a fast-turnaround service where I review 10 of your active listings and provide a detailed, written report with 10 actionable recommendations to help increase visibility, clicks, and sales. It’s ideal if you want quick wins and expert input without a major overhaul.
What do I get with the Store Setup & Optimisation Service?
This service is perfect for new sellers or those wanting to improve their branding and store performance. It includes professional setup of your eBay store, brand elements, store categories, business policies, a “Tell Your Story” section, and a custom marketing video. Delivery is within seven working days.
What happens in the One-to-One Coaching Programme?
You’ll receive eight personalised Zoom sessions, each focused on a key area of eBay success — from SEO and title crafting to international selling and eBay retail standards. Each session includes actionable advice and a written summary. Support is also available between sessions via email.
What is the Bespoke Consultancy session?
This is a one-hour consultancy session, preceded by a short fact-finding call. It’s designed for sellers with specific challenges or unique goals. You’ll receive a written summary with action points afterwards. Additional sessions can be booked if needed.
Booking & Process
What happens after I book a service?
Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, I’ll contact you within one hour during working hours (or by 10am the next working day) to arrange your first call or session.
How are the sessions delivered?
All one-to-one services are delivered remotely, either by Zoom or phone — whichever you prefer.
Can I reschedule my session if something comes up?
Yes. I understand that things happen and I’ll always try to be flexible.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through this site. Secure checkout is provided by Shopify Payments.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of the work, refunds are not offered once a service has been delivered. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, please get in touch — I’m committed to making sure every client is happy.
